A payment receipt Is automatically sent to the email associated with the payment details
so be sure that this is the coach's email address. 

Check your spam folder if you did not receive a receipt.

Be sure  to whitelist pahsfhca@gmail.com if using a school email address because
schools often block non-school emails.

DOUBLE-CHECK THAT YOU ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY!! PHSFHCA will not be checking for bounced emails.

PLEASE ENTER COACH EMAIL AND NAME FOR THE BUYER INFO.  MEMBERSHIP CARD WILL SHOW THE BUYER INFO ENTERED AND CANNOT BE CHANGED. IF MORE THAN ONE COACH, DO SEPARATELY.
