All-State Nominations

2026-2027

Only coaches with active memberships who attended at least one membership meeting in 2025-26 or new coaches in 2026-27 can nominate players for PHSFHCA All-State honors.

All-State Timeline:

• 9/15/26 - Last Date to Become a Member

• 11/1/26 - Nomination Forms Distributed to Member Coaches 

  • • Check junk or spam folder if you do not receive an email; otherwise, contact PHSFHCA, pahsfhca@gmail.com.

    • RENEWING coaches must have attended either the December 2025 or April 2026 meeting to have their 2026 season nominations considered. 

    • NEW MEMBER coaches must attend the December 2026 meeting in order to have their 2026 season nominations considered. 

• 12/1/26 - Nominations Due Back (hard deadline, no exceptions)

• 12/4/25 - Nominations Shared with All-State Committee

• 12/6/26 - All-State Committee Meeting, 8am-12pm, Penn Manor High School

• 12/6/26 - Semi-Annual Member Meeting, 12:30-2pm, Penn Manor High School

  • • A virtual option is available for coaches over 100 miles from the meeting site. 

    • A virtual meeting request form will be emailed to membership in advance.

• 12/7/26 - 12/13/26 - All-State selections announced to members coaches for name review (names shown are what will appear in press release and on certificate)

• 12/13/26 - All-State press release

• 12/20/26 - All-State certificates available for download 

• 12/20/26 - All-Academic (Individual GPA and Team GPA) awards press release

• 1/11/27 - All-Academic certificates available for download

• 4/25/27 - Semi-Annual Member Meeting, 8-9pm, Virtual

General Membership and Awards Timeline:

• Memberships are due by September 15 of each membership year (July 1–June 30).

• July 1st - Membership Application Opens

• Sept. 15th - Last Date to Become a Member

  • Only coaches with an active membership by this date who also meet the meeting attendance requirement (Article V of the Bylaws) are eligible to nominate players for PHSFHCA All-State and Academic honors.

  • Returning members must attend at least one of the two annual meetings prior to the nomination window to be eligible to nominate for All-State and All-Academic honors.

  • New members may submit nominations during their first membership year provided they attend the December meeting in that same year. 

    • Example for New Members ONLY: New coach is hired August 1, becomes a member September 1, nominates player November 15, attends December membership meeting. 

    • This timeline is ONLY for new members.  All others must attend a membership meeting December (first Sun.) and/or April (last Sun.) of the calendar year prior to nomination period. 

• Nov. 1st - Nomination Forms Distributed to Member Coaches

• 1st Sunday in December - All-State Selection Committee Meeting (8am-12pm)

• 1st Sunday in December - Semi-Annual In-Person Membership Meeting (12:30-2pm)

• 3rd Sunday in December

  • • All-State Certificates Available for Download
