Last Sunday in April - Semi-Annual Virtual Membership Meeting (8-9pm)

Coaches who RENEWED their Membership for 2026-27:

• Attendance at this meeting or the April 2027 meeting is required so you can nominate next season.

• If you have a conflict, have an assistant coach attend!

Coaches who are NEW MEMBERS for 2026-27:

• Attendance at this meeting is required for your current season 2026 nominations to be considered. 

If you cannot attend, we STRONGLY ADVISE that you send an assistant in your place to avoid any issues with fulfilling the member meeting attendance requirement!

Virtual Meeting Link - available to coaches that are 100+ miles from the meeting location—per bylaws—at Penn Manor High School (100 E Cottage Ave, Millersville, PA 17551).

The Virtual Meeting Request Form was emailed on Nov. 2, 2026 to member coaches and their athletic directors.
